超声诊断老年急性阑尾炎的临床价值分析

Clinical value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis in the elderly

目的:分析超声诊断老年急性阑尾炎的临床价值。方法:收治老年急性阑尾炎者98例,对其开展术前超声诊断,并与手术结果比较,分析临床价值。结果:B超证实存在阑尾病变者共计90例,阳性诊断率91.84%。结论:对于疑似急性老年阑尾炎者,使用B超开展术前检查,能够在短时间内发现阑尾异常变化,且具有经济性强、准确性高等特征。

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis in the elderly.Methods:98cases of acute appendicitis in the elderly were selected.They were detected with ultrasonic diagnosis and then compared with surgical results.The clinical value was analyzed.Results:A total of90cases of appendiceal lesions were confirmed by B ultrasound,and the positive diagnosis rate was91.84%.Conclusion:For suspected acute appendicitis in elderly,the use of B ultrasonic examination before surgery can find abnormal changes in the appendix in a short time,and it has the characteristics of high economic and high accuracy.
