彩色多普勒超声检查在下肢动脉栓塞诊断中的应用

Application of color doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of arterial embolism in lower extremities

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声检查在下肢动脉栓塞诊断中的应用价值。方法:收治疑似下肢动脉血管栓塞患者100例,均采用彩色多普勒超声检查,观察检查结果。结果:彩色多普勒超声检查下肢动脉血管栓塞的灵敏度95.23%,特异度84.00%,阳性预测值90.23%,阴性预测值93.52%,诊断准确率82.00%。结论:彩色多普勒超声检查在下肢动脉血管栓塞诊断中具有较高的应用价值,可准确反映患者下肢动脉血管栓塞的具体情况,且较为简便,具有无创、可重复以及诊断准确的优点。

Objective:To explore the application value of color doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of arterial embolism in lower extremities.Methods:100patients with suspected arterial embolism in lower extremities were selected.They were given color doppler ultrasonography.We observed the results.Results:The sensitivity of color doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of arterial embolism in lower extremities was95.23%;the specificity was84%;the positive predictive value was90.23%;the negative predictive value was93.52%;the diagnostic accuracy was82%.Conclusion:The application value of color doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of arterial embolism in lower extremities was high.It can accurately reflect the specific conditions of lower limb arterial embolism in patients,and it was relatively simple.It had the advantages of non-invasive,repeatable and accurate diagnosis.
