神经外科多重耐药菌感染患者的临床护理效果与体会

The clinical efficacy and experience of nursing in patients with multi drug resistant bacteria infection in the department of neurosurgery

目的:探讨有效神经外科护理措施对多重耐药菌感染患者的护理效果及临床体会。方法:收治多重耐药菌感染患者50例,分两组。对照组给予常规护理,试验组在常规护理基础上加用护理干预。比较两组患者临床指标、细菌培养结果及护理满意度。结果:试验组临床指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组细菌总量明显少于对照组(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对多重耐药菌感染患者采用有效护理措施,效果显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and experience of nursing in patients with multi drug resistant bacteria infection in the department of neurosurgery.Methods:50patients with multi drug resistant bacteria infection were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was given routine nursing.On this basis,the experimental group was given nursing intervention.The clinical indicators,bacterial culture results and nursing satisfaction were compared between groups.Results:The clinical indexes of the experimental group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total bacterial count in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effective nursing measures in patients with multiple drug-resistant infections were significant.
