对慢性乙肝合并糖尿病患者进行护理干预的方法及疗效

Methods and curative effect of nursing intervention for chronic hepatitis B complicated with diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨对慢性乙肝合并糖尿病患者护理干预的方法及疗效。方法:收治慢性乙肝合并糖尿病患者50例,按照数字随机方式将其分为对照组和试验组,各25例。对照组给予常规治疗,试验组在临床常规治疗的同时,应用系统护理干预。结果:试验组临床治疗总有效率、对护理工作的满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在采用临床常规用药治疗慢性乙肝合并糖尿病患者时,加强有效的心理护理、用药指导、血糖监测、饮食护理、感染预防以及出院指导等护理干预,能让患者的临床疗效和对护理工作的满意度显著提高。

Objective:To investigate the methods and clinical efficacy of nursing intervention on chronic hepatitis B patients with diabetes.Methods:50cases of chronic hepatitis B complicated with diabetes mellitus were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group according to digital random mode,with25cases in each group.The control group were given routine treatment,while the experimental group were given clinical routine treatment and nursing application system intervention.Results:The total effective rate and the satisfaction degree of nursing in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on the clinical routine treatment in the chronic hepatitis B patients with diabetes,strengthen the effective psychological nursing,medication guidance,blood glucose monitoring,diet nursing,infection prevention and guidance for nursing intervention can make patients discharged,and also can improve the satisfaction of nursing work significantly.
