摘要
目的:探讨母婴早期接触对新生儿体温和母乳喂养的影响。方法:收治新生儿150例,分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用母婴早期接触护理。结果:观察组出生后体温高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组第1次母乳喂养时间短于对照组,吸吮持续时间长于对照组,母乳喂养成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:新生儿应用母婴早期接触护理能够升高其体温、缩短喂养时间和提高喂养成功率。
Objective:To explore the influence of early maternal and neonatal exposure on body temperature and breast feeding effect.Methods:150neonates were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given early maternal and neonatal exposure care.Results:The body temperature after birth in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the first breast feeding time was shorter than the control group,and the duration of smoking duration was longer than the control group,and the success rate of breast-feeding was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early maternal and neonatal exposure nursing for neonates can increase the body temperature,shorten the feeding time and raise the success rate of feeding.
