摘要
目的:分析PDCA护理管理程序对白血病患者PICC护理效果的影响。方法:收治白血病患者45例,分两组。均接受PICC置管,对照组实施常规护理,观察组采取PDCA护理管理程序。对比两组PICC导管留置时间、并发症和不良事件发生情况。结果:观察组PICC导管留置时间(139.15±16.87)d,并发症发生率13.04%,不良事件发生率4.35%,上述数据均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在白血病患者PICC置管期间实施PDCA护理管理程序有利于延长导管留置时间,还可降低并发症及不良事件的发生率,效果十分理想。
Objective:To analyze the influence of PDCA nursing management program on PICC nursing effect of leukemia patients.Methods:45patients with leukemia were divided into the two groups.All patients received PICC catheter,while the control group received routine nursing care.The observation group received PDCA nursing management program.The indwelling time,complications and adverse events of PICC catheter in the two groups were compared.Results:The retention time of PICC catheter was(139.15±16.87)d;the probability of occurrence of complication was13.04%;the probability of adverse event was4.35%;the above data were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of PDCA nursing program during the course of PICC catheter implantation in leukemia patients is beneficial to prolong the indwelling time of catheters,and also reduce the incidence of complications and adverse events.The effect is ideal.
