精神科利用品管圈提高责任制护理的落实率

Quality control circle in improving the implementation rate of responsibility in psychiatry department

目的:探讨精神科利用品管圈提高责任制护理的落实率。方法:选择本科同期310例实施品管圈的患者作为试验组,310例没有实施品管圈的患者作为对照组,分析实施品管圈对提高责任制护理落实率的影响。结果:品管圈活动后,护理记录出错率降低。结论:品管圈活动提高了责任制护理的落实率,改善了护理管理质量及提高了优质护理质量。

Objective:To explore the implementation rate of nursing responsibility tube for psychiatric articles.Methods:310cases of quality control circle were selected as the experimental group,and310patients who did not implement the quality control circle as the control group.The influence of implementing the quality control circle on improving the implementation rate of the responsibility system was analyzed.Results:After the quality control circle activities,the error rate of nursing records decreased.Conclusion:Quality control circle activities can improve the implementation rate of responsibility nursing system,improve the quality of nursing management and the quality of high quality nursing.
