步长脑心通胶囊联合康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者步行能力及凝血指标的影响

Effect of Buchang naoxintong capsule combined with rehabilitation training on walking ability and blood coagulation indexes in patients with hemiplegia after stroke

目的:探究步长脑心通胶囊联合康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者步行能力、凝血指标的影响。方法:收治脑卒中偏瘫患者111例,随机分两组。均给予康复训练,研究组在此基础上结合步长脑心通胶囊治疗。比较相关指标。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后两组6 min步行距离显著增大,且研究组显著大于对照组(P<0.01);两组10 m步行时间均显著缩短,且研究组显著短于对照组(P<0.01);与治疗前比较,治疗后两组APTT及TT显著延长,PT显著缩短,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗后两组血清Fbg含量明显降低,且研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:步长脑心通胶囊结合康复训练可显著恢复患者步行能力,并改善患者凝血功能,疗效显著优于单纯康复训练治疗。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Buchang naoxintong capsule combined with rehabilitation training on walking ability and blood coagulation indexes in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:111patients with hemiplegia after stroke were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.All patients were given rehabilitation training.On this basis,the study group was treated with Buchang naoxintong capsule.We compared related indicators.Results:Compared with before treatment,the6min walking distance increased significantly in the two groups,and the study group was significantly larger than the control group(P<0.01).The10meters walking time of the two groups was significantly shorter,and the study group was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.01).Compared with before treatment,the APTT and TT in the two groups were significantly prolonged,and PT was significantly shortened,and the difference between groups was significant(P<0.05or P<0.01).After treatment,the serum Fbg content of the two groups was significantly lower,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Buchang naoxintong capsule combined with rehabilitation training can significantly restore the walking ability of patients,and improve the coagulation function of patients.The effect is significantly better than simple rehabilitation training.
