Analysis of 4 496 cases of leaving hospital without doctor's advice

目的:分析非医嘱离院患者的原因,提出对策,以提高医疗质量服务水平。方法:2014年出院59 957例,非医嘱离院患者4 496例,实施改进措施后半年,对数据进行分析。结果:2015年上半年全院出院患者29 159例,非医嘱离院1 458例(5.0%),比实施改进前明显减少。结论:医院需重视非医嘱离院率,加强医院管理,规范病案管理,提升诊疗、服务水平,从而降低非医嘱离院率,提高经济效益和社会效益。

Objective:To analyze the causes of the patients of leaving hospital without doctor's advice,and put forward countermeasures to improve the service level of medical quality.Methods:In2014,59957cases were discharged from hospital,and4496cases(7.5%)leaved hospital without doctor's advice.We analyzed the data of six months after the implementation of the improvement measures.Results:After implementing the improvement measures,in first half of2015,29159cases were discharged from hospital,and1458cases(5.0%)leaved hospital without doctor's advice.Compared with the implementation of the improvement,the data was significantly reduced.Conclusion:Hospitals should pay attention to the rate of leaving hospital without doctor's advice,strengthen hospital management,standardize the management of medical records,improve medical technology,diagnosis and treatment,and service level,so as to reduce the rate of leaving hospital without doctor's advice,and improve economic and social benefits.
