活血生骨汤治疗中老年激素性股骨头坏死的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Living Blood Raw Bone Broth on the Treatment of Senile Hormone Femoral Head Necrosis

目的:探讨活血生骨汤治疗中老年激素性股骨头坏死的临床疗效。方法:选取九江市中医院2015年1月至2016年1月86例中老年激素性股骨头坏死患者,随机抽取分成观察组和对照组,观察组应用活血生骨汤加减治疗,对照组应用健骨生丸,对比两组治疗效果、Harris评分、髋关节进展及血液流变学情况。结果:观察组优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后疼痛积分、功能积分和Harris积分优于对照组(P<0.05);两组髋关节临床分期无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组治疗后全血黏度高切、血浆黏度和血细胞比容改善优于对照组(P<0.05);两组均无显著不良反应。结论:活血生骨汤治疗中老年激素性股骨头坏死效果显著,可改善患者血液流变学及微循环。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of hormone induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head in the middle andold aged.Methods:86cases of senile sex hormone osteonecrosis of the femoral head in our hospital from January2015-January2016were dividedinto observation group and control group.Observation group was treated with Huoxue bone Decoction in the treatment;the control group used Jiangupills,and then the treatment effect,Harris score,hip joint progress and blood rheology science was compared between the two groups.Results:Theexcellent and good rate was higher in the observation group than that of the control group(P<0.05);pain score,function score and Harris score in theobservation group was better than the control group after the treatment(P<0.05);hip joint clinical stage in the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05);after treatment,the observation group high shear whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and hematocrit was better than the control group(P<0.05);two groups had no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:The effect of promoting blood circulation and blood activating Decoction intreating middle aged and old aged patients with steroid induced necrosis of the femoral head is remarkable,and it can improve the blood rheology andmicrocirculation of the patients.
