某MPV车型转向系统模态分析及优化

摘要 针对某MPV转向系统方向盘怠速抖振过大的现象,采用模态试验技术得到转向系统的固有频率,找到了产生这种现象的原因在于转向系统的固有频率和发动机怠速时的振动激励频率接近,从而引起了方向盘的过大振动。文章采用增大CCB管梁长度的方法,对转向系统进行优化,再将优化后的转向系统重新进行模态分析,最终达到了减震的目的。 In view of the problem of vibration of a MPV steering system,using the modal analysis to obtain the naturalfrequency.To find out the reason is that the natural frequency of steering system is approaching to the vibrating excitationfrequency when engine is idling,it will led to excessive vibration of steering wheel.Structure optimization is conducted byincreasing the length of the CCB pipe.The modal analysis of the optimized steering system is carried on.The purpose ofvibration reduction has been reached at last.
