摘要
由于缸盖工作在高温的环境中,并且在高低温的循环变化下,缸盖材料基本处于屈服状态,同时缸盖又受到爆发压力等周期性的机械载荷,因此缸盖极易发生开裂的情况。针对某直列四缸发动机,研究缸盖的低周疲劳分析方法,在发动机初期对缸盖的危险位置进行预测,分析表明,此方法可以有效的预测缸盖的低周疲劳安全系数。
Due to cylinder head work in high temperature environment,and under the high and low temperature cyclechanges,the cylinder head material is always in yield condition,the cylinder head is under the periodic mechanical load,suchas the gas load etc,so the crack of the cylinder head easily happened.In this paper for an inline four-cylinder engine,the lowcycle fatigue analysis method of cylinder head is studied,at the beginning of the engine design,the dangerous position of thecylinder head is forecasted.The analysis shows that this method can effectively predict the low cycle fatigue safety factor ofcylinder head.
