摘要
电动汽车充电时间是制约纯电动汽车发展的一大瓶颈,不同的充电控制方法对锂离子电池的性能、寿命都将产生重大的影响。文章基于一款量产车型用三元动力电池,详细比较了两种直流充电方法,并就两种方法开展测试分析,选出最优方案并应用于整车上,通过整车快充实际验证,满足充电时长要求<1h充电至SOC80%,<1.5h充电至SOC100%的要求。
Electric vehicle charging time is a major bottleneck restricting the development of pure electric vehicles,differentcharging control methods for lithium-ion battery performance,life will have a significant impact.In this paper,based on aproduction model with three yuan power battery,a detailed comparison of the two DC charging method,and two methods tocarry out test analysis,select the optimal program and applied to the vehicle,To meet the charging time requirements<1hcharge to SOC80%,<1.5h charge to SOC100%requirements.
