摘要
目前乘用车普遍采用真空助力器作为伺服助力,而其真空度高低将直接影响制动踏板感觉及整车安全。新能源汽车因无发动机,电动真空泵通常作为整车唯一真空源,为真空助力器提供真空,因此其性能及可靠性显得尤为重要。文章重点介绍电动真空泵性能要求及试验方法,为相关设计人员提供设计参考。
At present,the vacuum booster is widely used as servo power in passenger cars,and its vacuum degree willdirectly affect the feeling of brake pedal and the safety of the whole car.The new energy vehicle has no engine,and theelectric vacuum pump is usually the only vacuum for the vacuum booster,so its performance and reliability are particularlyimportant.This article focuses on the performance requirements and test methods of the electric vacuum pump,andprovides the design reference for the relevant designers.
