摘要
文章目的是在某款成熟重卡发动机上应用带进气卸荷功能的空压机,通过试验,验证油耗改善情况。利用CRUISE软件建立整车仿真模型进行计算,对油耗改善效果从理论上进行分析和支持。应用进气卸荷空压机,可降低发动机附配件的功率消耗,实现节能,从而改善经济性,提升产品竞争力。
The purpose of this paper is to apply an ESS air compressor on a heavy-duty truck,and to evaluate and verify theimprovement of fuel consumption.The vehicle simulation model is established by using cruise software to analyze andsupport the fuel consumption improvement theoretically.The application of ESS air compressor can reduce powerconsumption of engine accessory parts and realize energy saving,and thereby improving economy and enhancing productcompetitiveness.
