摘要
做成整圆筒形的保护轴的套筒简称为轴套,作为驾驶室与后端车架连接的关键部位,某种重型卡车在实际生产中一般采用弧焊的焊接方式将轴套焊接于纵梁上,焊接后轴套内多出现焊接飞溅,焊接飞溅的存在直接导致后续装配时轴承磨损严重,因此焊接完成后需要对轴套内的焊渣进行清理,这就直接导致生产效率低下,不能满足生产节拍的情况发生,因此解决轴套焊接飞溅就显的尤为重要,文章主要针对焊接轴套中产生的飞溅问题提供思路以及方法。
In the whole of the protection of the cylindrical shaft sleeve for short sleeves,as the key part of bridge connected tothe back end frame,some heavy trucks commonly used in the actual production of arc welding welding way the sleeves onthe longitudinal beam welding,welding more occur on the rear axle housing welding spatter and weld spatter exist directlyled to the subsequent assembly when bearing wear serious,therefore after completion of welding need inside the shaft sleeveto clean welding slag,which directly lead to the production efficiency is low,cannot satisfy the production rhythm,so solvethe shaft sleeve welding spatter is particularly important,this article mainly provides the ideas and methods for the spatterproblem in the welding sleeve.
