某款预热继电器不工作故障分析

Don't work for some hot relay failure analysis

某轻卡车型寒带试验车辆出现冷起动困难现象,经检查发现是预热继电器不工作,无法给发动机进气预热,导致车辆冷起动困难。针对继电器故障进行问题分析,提出优化方案,经过验证有效解决了该预热继电器烧蚀现象。

One model test light truck met the cold start problem,the inspection found that the problem is caused by thepreheat relay,due to it dosen’t work,it can not preheat the engine.After analysis and verification,we found the effectivesolution to solve the problem of relay ablation.
