摘要
目的探讨弥漫性胶质瘤组织血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-9和尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂(u PA)表达水平与胶质瘤级别的相关性。方法收集2013~2016年手术切除的弥漫性胶质瘤标本45例,其中低级别胶质瘤20例(WHOⅡ级),高级别胶质瘤25例(WHOⅢ~Ⅳ级)。采用免疫组化染色方法检测VEGF、MMP-9及u PA的表达水平。结果高级别胶质瘤VEGF、MMP-9表达水平明显高于低级别胶质瘤(P<0.05),不同级别胶质瘤u PA表达水平无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论VEGF、MMP-9在弥漫性胶质瘤发生发展中可能具有重要促进作用。
Objective To evaluate the relationship of pathological grade of diffuse glioma with the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)and urokinase plasminogen activator(uPA)in the glioma tissues.Methods The expressions of MMP-9,VEGF and uPA were determined by immunohistochemical method in20samples of diffuse low-grade gliomas tissues(low grade group)and25samples of diffuse high-grade gliomas tissues(high grade group).The relationship of pathological grade of gliomas with the expressions of VEGF,MMP-9and uPA was analyzed.Results The rates of positive expressions of VEGF and MMP-9were significantly higher in the high grade group respectively than those in the low grade group(P<0.05),but there was insignificantly difference in the positive expression rate of uPA between both the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion It is suggested that the high expressions of VEGF,MMP-9may play important roles in the pathogenesis and development of diffuse gliomas.
