领导型态、角色压力与审计人员工作满意度关系探究 被引量:2

摘要 本文以国内大中型会计师事务所审计人员为探讨对象,由基层和资深审计人员填写问卷,并以工作满意度为因变量、领导型态为自变量、审计人员的角色压力为中间变量,运用回归分析进行假设验证,分析领导型态、角色压力与工作满意度的关系。
