摘要
针对某小型全液压摊铺机熨平板电加热液压系统带载启动时,液压马达出现压力冲击、转速波动的现象进行了深入的研究。通过AMESim仿真软件搭建了加热液压系统的仿真模型,采用原理分析、动态仿真与整机实验并行的研究方法对影响熨平板加热液压系统稳定性的诸多因素及相关的因素间的耦合关系进行了研究,提出了系统的动态优化方案。研究结果表明:由于负载敏感泵排量控制参考压力的不稳定,导致泵出口流量的波动,从而引发液压系统的振荡。在样机上对AMESim仿真平台所提出的系统动态优化方案及关键技术参数进行了验证与匹配,加热液压系统的稳定性得到很大提升,同时又较好地保证了系统的工作效率。
This paper mainly aims at the phenomenon of pressure shocking and speed fluctuation of hydraulic motorused in a certain full hydrostatic paver screed electric heating hydraulic system when the generator is on load.Thesimulation model by using the simulation software AMESim is set up in this paper,and a further study of the factorsand their coupling relationship that impacts the stability of paver screed electric heating hydraulic system is madeby using the principle analysis and dynamic simulation along with testing.And the system dynamic optimization preceptis provided.The results showed that the unstable load sensitive pump reference pressure leads to pump outputflow fluctuation and the system shocking.The stability of paver screed electric heating hydraulic system makes agreat improvement and primely ensures the work efficiency by means of using system dynamic optimization preceptwhich is provided by the simulation and parameter optimization matching on the paver.
