6 mm通径斜槽型2D数字伺服阀的实验研究

摘要 针对斜槽型2D数字伺服阀静动态特性可能存在的不稳定问题,分析了斜槽型2D数字伺服阀的结构、工作原理及抗污染能力;并在此基础上,设计并搭建了测试实验平台,在额定压力21 MPa时,对5只额定流量为50 L/min的通径6 mm的斜槽型2D数字伺服阀进行了静动态特性实验研究。研究结果表明:5只斜槽型2D数字伺服阀滞环都小于5.7%,-3 d B处幅频宽至少可达75 Hz(25%额定流量),阶跃响应上升时间至少可达9 ms;5只6 mm通径斜槽型2D数字伺服阀均具有较理想的静动态特性和良好的加工一致性,不存在静动态特性不稳定的问题。 Aiming at the instability problems of the of2D digital servo valve's static and dynamic characteristics,thestructure,working principle and anti-pollution ability of the2D digital servo valve are analyzed in this paper.On thisbasis,the test platform is designed and set up.And the static and dynamic characteristics experiment research on five2D digital servo valves which the rated pressure is21MPa and rated flow of50L/min and their size are6mm.Theresults show that five2D digital servo valves hysteresises are less than6.7%,-3dB in amplitude frequency width atleast up to70Hz(with25%rated flow),and the rising step response times iare at least8.8ms.So five2D digital servovalves have ideal static and dynamic characteristics and good consistency processing.Besides,there is no staticand dynamic characteristics of unstable problem.
