OICI智慧学院建设与探索——以天津师范大学外国语学院为例

Based on OICI Wisdom of the College Construction

在智慧校园发展的基础上,提出建设智慧学院的理念,根据专业教学需求的不同,以开放、自主教学理论为指导,以联通、交互的教学管理方式为基础,阐述建设OICI(Open、Independent、Connected、Interactive)智慧学院对教学的意义、对管理的便捷,并且以天津师范大学外国语学院为例,从课堂教学、网络教学、教学管理三个维度讲述智慧学院建设方法。

Based on the development of intelligent campus,this paper puts forward the idea of building Command College,according to the different teaching demand,it is guided by the theory of Open and Independent teaching,based on the teaching management style of Connected and Interactive,this paper expounds the meaning of teaching and a convenient way of managing to build OICI wisdom college(Open,Independent,Connected,Interactive).Also the paper takes the college as an example,sets forth the construction method on three sides concluding classroom teaching,online education and teaching management.
