摘要
目的:评价迷你临床演练评估(Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise,Mini-CEX)在心血管临床见习带教中的应用效果。方法:参照学号将学生随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用传统的临床见习带教方法,试验组严格遵照Mini-CEX的方案进行带教;所有见习内容结束后,统一考核,并进行教学满意度调查,比较两组的教学效果。结果:实验组各项成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且试验组对教学满意度明显高于传统组。结论:在心血管内科临床见习带教中,运用Mini-CEX方案进行带教,能有效提高教学质量。
Evaluated the effect of Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise(Mini-CEX)teaching method on clinical practice of cardiology.Method:According to the student indentifi ed number,the students were randomly divided into the control group and operated group.In the course of clinical practice,the traditional method wasused in the control group.But the Mini-CEX was carried out in operated group.In the end of clinical practice,all students took the same examination.And everybody fi nished the questionnaire of teaching satisfaction.The teaching effect was evaluated by the scores.Result:compared with the control group,the scores of items were higher in the operated group.At the same time,the students in operated group showed higher satisfaction.Conclusion:In the course of clinical practice of cardiology,the Mini-CEX can effectively improve the teaching quality.
