血清尿酸水平测定在急性脑梗死患者中的临床价值研究

Clinical value of serum uric acid in patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的探讨血清尿酸水平测定在急性脑梗死患者中的临床诊断价值。方法将45例急性脑梗死患者列入观察组,将同期住院治疗的45例非急性脑梗死患者列入观察组;采用酶偶联法检测患者血清尿酸水平,观察升高的比例、演变趋势和疾病预后等相关性。结果观察组患者的血清尿酸升高率和平均水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。发病后开始升高,第3天达到高峰,7天时开始下降,14天显著下降,组间差异显著(P<0.05);对照组变化无显著差异(P>0.05)。两组在住院时间、治疗总有效和不良心血管事件率等方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者血清尿酸水平显著升高,与疾病的发展和预后有着显著的相关性,为急性脑梗死的诊治和评估提供有力的依据。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of serum uric acid in patients with acute cerebralinfarction.Methods Forty-five patients with acute cerebral infarction were enrolled in the observation group.Forty-five patients with non-acute cerebral infarction were included in the observation group.The level of serumuric acid was detected by enzyme coupling method,and the relationship between the rising proportion,the trendof evolution and the prognosis of the disease was observed.Results The rate of serum uric acid increase and theaverage level of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).It began to rise after the onset,reached a peak at third days,began to decrease at7days,decreased significantly at the14day,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Therewas no significant difference in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The level of serum uric acid in patientswith acute cerebral infarction is significantly higher,which has a significant correlation with the developmentand prognosis of the disease,and provides a powerful basis for the diagnosis and evaluation of acute cerebralinfarction.
