308nm准分子激光治疗白癜风的应用与临床价值分析

Application and clinical value of 308 nm excimer laser in the treatment of vitiligo

目的研究308 nm准分子激光治疗白癜风的应用与临床价值。方法选择我院2015年6月-2016年6月收治的白癜风患者70例,随机分为药物治疗组和联合治疗组,各35例。药物治疗组采用药物进行治疗,联合治疗组在药物治疗组基础上用308 nm准分子激光治疗。对两组患者白癜风临床治疗效果、白斑消退时间、瘙痒消退时间、治疗时间;施行治疗前和施行治疗后患者皮损范围、生活质量的差异进行比较。结果联合治疗组患者白癜风临床治疗效果高于药物治疗组(P<0.05);联合治疗组患者的白斑消退时间、瘙痒消退时间、治疗时间短于药物治疗组(P<0.05);施行治疗前两组皮损范围、生活质量比较无显著差异(P>0.05);施行治疗后联合治疗组皮损范围、生活质量改善幅度更大(P<0.05)。结论 308 nm准分子激光治疗白癜风的应用效果确切,可有效加速白斑和瘙痒消退,缩短疗程,促进皮损缩小,提高患者生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To study the application and clinical value of308nm excimer laser in the treatmentof vitiligo.Methods A total of70cases of vitiligo patients from June2015to June2016were randomlydivided into drug treatment group and ombination therapy group,with35cases in each group.The drug treatmentgroup was treated with drugs,and the combination therapy group was treated with308nm excimer laseron the basis of the drug treatment group.The differences of vitiligo clinical treatment effect,leukoplakia extinctiontime,itching subsided time,treatment time,before and after the treatment of patients with lesions,range oflife,quality of life in two groups were compared.Results The clinical effect of vitiligo in the combined treatmentgroup was higher than that in the drug treatment group(P<0.05).The time of leukoplakia extinction,the time ofpruritus recession and the duration of treatment in the combined treatment group were shorter than those in thedrug treatment group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the range of skin lesionsand quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the range of skin lesions and the quality oflife in the combined treatment group were improved(P<0.05).Conclusion308nm excimer laser treatment ofvitiligo is accurate,can effectively accelerate the leukoplakia and itching subsided,shorten the course of treatment,promote skin shrinkage,and improve the quality of life of patients,it is worth promoting.
