耐亚胺培南肺炎克雷伯菌耐药基因的检测分析

摘要 目的分析耐亚胺培南肺炎克雷伯耐药基因检测效果,并对耐药机制进行分析。方法选取近3年分离出的260株耐亚胺培南肺炎克雷伯菌,采用新型耐药基因检查方法,对药物浓度进行分析。结果 Hodge检查结果显示,260株耐亚胺培南肺炎克雷伯菌中240株检查结果为阳性,20株为阴性,阳性率为92.3%。对β-内酰胺酶基因分析显示,有225株耐亚胺培南肺炎克雷伯菌产生KPC-2型碳青霉烯酶,其余耐亚胺培南肺炎克雷伯菌扩增出SHV型β-内酰胺酶基因。结论耐亚胺培南肺炎克雷伯菌的衍生因素比较复杂,在实践阶段需要做好耐药基因检查工作,只有做好检测工作,才能确定病菌类型。 Objective To analyze the detection effect of Klebsiella resistance gene in imipenem-resistantpneumonia.Methods In this study,260strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae were selected as the research object,andthe drug concentrations were analyzed by the new drug resistance method.Results The results of Hodge examinationshowed that240cases inhibited positive results and20cases inhibited negative results and the positiverate was92.3%.β-lactamase gene analysis showed that225strains of imipenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniaeproduced KPC-2carbapenemase,and others could amplify SHV typeβ-lactamase gene.Conclusion The factorsof resistance to imipenem pneumonia Klebsiella were more complicated.In the practical stage need,drug resistancecheck work should be paid more attention.
