舒适护理联合健康教育对肺心病患者护理的临床效果分析

Clinical analysis of comfort nursing combined with health education in nursing care of patients with pulmonary heart disease

目的分析对肺心病患者予以舒适护理联合健康教育的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月-2017年1月间我院收治的肺心病患者96例作为探析对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组予以常规护理进行干预,观察组予以舒适护理联合健康教育,分析两组临床运用效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的用药依从性更高;且护理满意程度更高;组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于肺心病临床患者实施舒适护理联合健康教育,能够将护理满意程度以及用药依从性显著提升,可以在临床应用中加以推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comfort nursing combined with health educationin nursing care of patients with pulmonary heart disease.Methods A total of96cases of pulmonary heartdisease in our hospital from January2016to January2017were selected as the object of study.The patients weredivided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with48cases ineach group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,the observation group was given comfortnursing and combined with health education,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was analyzed.ResultsCompared with the control group,the patients in the observation group had higher medication compliance andhigher degree of nursing satisfaction.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with pulmonary heart disease,the implementation of comfort nursing combined withhealth education can significantly improve the degree of nursing satisfaction and medication compliance,andcan be popularized in clinical application.
