血常规检验在缺铁性贫血和地中海贫血患者中的应用研究

Study on the application of blood routine test in patients with iron deficiency anemia and thalassemia

目的探析在地中海贫血与缺铁性贫血患者中血常规检验的应用效果。方法选取2016年3月-2017年1月我院收治的58例地中海贫血(I组)和52例缺铁性贫血(II组)患者,对两组患者进行血常规检测,对两组患者相关参数变化情况进行比较。结果 II组患者的红细胞分布宽度显著高于I组(P<0.05);I组患者的红细胞计数水平和血红蛋白水平显著高于II组患者(P<0.05)。结论缺铁性贫血与地中海贫血患者的红细胞计数、血红蛋白与红细胞分布宽度受贫血机体影响会出现差异,通过对贫血患者予以血常规检查,能够为后期治疗提供数据支持。

Objective To study the effect of blood test in patients with thalassemia and iron deficiencyanemia.Methods A total of58patients with thalassemia(group I)and52patients with iron deficiency anemia(groupII)were enrolled in this study.Blood routine examination conducted on two groups of patients.The correlation parametersof the two groups were compared.Results The Red blood cell distribution width in group II patients wassignificantly higher than that in group I(P<0.05);the levels of erythrocyte count and hemoglobin in group I weresignificantly higher than those in group II(P<0.05).Conclusion Red blood cell count,hemoglobin and erythrocytedistribution width in patients with iron deficiency anemia and thalassemia were different which affected by anemiabody,through the blood routine examination of anemia patients can provide data support for later treatment.
