摘要
研究了在玻纤增强的聚碳酸酯(PC)/聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)合金中PBT的结晶行为。发现PBT的结晶过程是由两种相反的影响共同决定的,一方面玻纤能够诱导PBT成核,加快PBT的结晶速率;另一方面,PC会抑制PBT结晶,降低PBT的结晶速率。同时发现在不同组成比下,PC/PBT合金会形成不同的相形貌,也会影响玻纤对PBT结晶的成核作用和PC对PBT结晶的抑制作用,进而使PBT呈现加速结晶、分级结晶或者受限结晶行为。基于以上结果,提出了玻纤增强PC/PBT合金中PBT的结晶机理。同时考察了PC/PBT合金的结晶行为和热性能之间的关系。
The crystallization of glass fiber reinforced PC/PBT alloys was studied.It was found that the crystallization of PBTwithin the alloys was determined by two opposite influences.On the one side,glass fiber induced the nucleation of PBT crystal,which accelerated the crystallization rate of PBT.On the other side,adversely,PC confined PBT crystallization,decelerating thecrystallization rate of PBT.Interestingly,it was discovered that PC/PBT alloys revealed different phase behaviors by changingthe loading ratio of PC/PBT.This affected the nucleation of glass fiber and the confinement of PC on PBT crystallization andfurthermore brought about accelerated crystallization or fractional crystallization or confined crystallization of PBT.According tothe above-mentioned results,the crystallization mechanism of PBT within the glass fiber reinforced PC/PBT alloys was brought up.Finally,the relationship between crystallization behaviors and thermal properties of PC/PBT alloys were studied.
