摘要
在汽车音响面板工艺分析的基础上,采用UG NX 10.0软件设计了一种汽车音响面板单型腔注塑模具。该模具采用了两板式结构、镶拼式型芯结构、两点进料方式、推切式潜顶针浇口、三面斜导柱抽芯以及顶针、推管和推块组成的复合顶出机构。实践证明,该模具结构合理,保证了制品质量,简化了模具结构,方便了模具成型零件加工,对类似面板的注塑模设计具有一定的借鉴意义。
On the basis of process analysis of car audio panel,a single cavity injection mold for car audio panel was designedwith UG NX10.0software.The design of the mould adopted two plate structure,inlaying core structure,two feeding mode,submarine gate,three sides slanting guide column core pulling,and the composite ejector mechanism composed of push rod,pushing pipe and pushing block.The practice proves that the die structure is reasonable,the quality of the product is guaranteed,thedie structure is simplified,and the processing of the molding parts of the die is convenient.It has certain reference significance forthe design of the injection mold of the similar panel.
