摘要
目的探讨计算机辅助设计和计算机辅助制作玻璃陶瓷高嵌体修复无髓后牙牙体缺损的短期效果。方法 70例患者75颗后牙经完善根管治疗后,使用计算机辅助设计和计算机辅助制作E-MAX玻璃陶瓷高嵌体修复,12个月后复查边缘密合度、外形、表面质地、邻接关系及颜色匹配等指标。结果随访12个月后,2例失访,73颗高嵌体修复体的边缘密合度、外形、表面质地、邻接关系及颜色匹配均良好。各项指标中A级、B级的病例数在修复后即刻和12个月后的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),95%以上的病例达到了A级标准。结论 12个月的观察期内,E-MAX玻璃陶瓷高嵌体修复无髓后牙牙体缺损的固位及美学效果较好。
Objective To investigate the clinical use of glass ceramic onlay in the restoration of the non-vital posterior teeth with computer aided design and computer-aided manufacturing technique(CAD/CAM).Methods70patientswith75teeth of residual crown were selected and restored with CAD/CAM glass-ceramic onlay after completely root canaltherapy.Marginal adaptation,anatomic form,adjacent relation,contour appearance,color match were checked in12-month follow-up.Results Marginal adaptation,anatomic form,adjacent relation,contour appearance,color match of73teeth were satisfactory and2cases was excluded because of lost to follow-up.There were no significant differences in thenumber of cases which met clinical criterion A or B between immediate restoration and12-month follow-up(P>0.05),and more than95%of cases met clinical criterion A.Conclusion The CAD/CAM glass-ceramic onlay in the restorationof non-vital posterior teeth can provide better effect of retention and esthetics in a short term observation of12months.
