摘要
目的探讨标本保存温度和放置时间对D-二聚体(D-Dimer,D-D)检测结果的影响。方法随机选取2016年1月-2016年2月我院住院患者30例为研究对象,抽取所有患者空腹静脉血,分离血浆后立即检测D-D,检测后血浆分成3份,分别保存在室温、2oC-8℃、-20℃(仅冻融1次),室温下保存2 h、4 h、5 h、6 h、7 h、8 h、10 h检测D-D值;2℃-8℃保存1 d、3 d、5 d、6 d、7 d、8 d、9d检测D-D值;-20℃下保存1周、2周、3周、4周、5周、6周检测D-D值。分析D-D在不同保存温度、不同保存时间下的稳定性及变化趋势。结果室温下保存7 h、8 h、10 h的D-D测定值明显高于即刻值,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2℃-8℃下保存5 d、6 d、7 d、8 d、9 d的D-D测定值明显高于即刻值,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);-20℃下保存3周、4周、5周、6周的D-D测定值明显高于即刻值,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同温度下,随着保存时间的延长,D-D测定值呈上升趋势。结论临床对于D-D的检测应及早进行,在室温下不宜超过6 h,2℃-8℃下不宜超过3 d,-20℃下不宜超过2周;随着标本放置时间的延长,D-D测定值呈上升趋势。
Objective To investigate the influence of specimen storage temperature and storage time on test resultsof D-dimer(D-D).Methods30inpatients in our hospital from January2016to February2016were selected as research object,the fasting vein blood of all patients were taken,the D-D was instantly detected after plasma separation.After detection,theplasma was divided into3samples and stored at room temperature,in2oC-8oC,-20oC(freezing and thawing only once).Thesamples were stored at room temperature2h,4h,6h,7h,8h,10h and were detected D-D value;The samples were stored in2oC-8oC1d,3d,5d,6d,7d,8d,9d and were detected D-D value;The samples were stored in-20oC1wk,2wk,3wk,4wk,5wk,6wk and were detected D-D value.The stability and variation trend of D-D in different storage temperature and storagetime were analyzed.Results The D-D measured value which stored at room temperature7h,8h,10h were significantlyhigher than instant value(P<0.05);The D-D measured value which stored in2oC-8oC5d,6d,7d,8d,9d were significantlyhigher than instant value(P<0.05);The D-D measured value which stored in-20oC3wk,4wk,5wk,6wk were significantlyhigher than instant value(P<0.05);Under different temperature,as storage time extended,the D-D detection value showed risingtrend.Conclusion Clinical D-D detection should be early took,and it should be at room temperature but no more than6h,in2oC-8oC but no more than3d,in-20oC but no more than2wk;As specimen storage time extends,the D-D detection showsrising trend.
