经伤椎单节段与跨伤椎短节段固定胸腰段爆裂型骨折的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的对采用经伤椎单节段与跨伤椎短节段固定治疗胸腰段爆裂型骨折的临床疗效进行观察和分析。方法选取我院2012年1月-2015年12月期间接受治疗的50例胸腰段爆裂型骨折患者,分为对照组与研究组,每组各25例。对照组患者采用跨伤椎短节段固定治疗的方式,研究组患者采用经伤椎单节段固定治疗的方式,观察和对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者术前术后的Cobb角与压缩率相比均有显著的改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的手术时间、术中出血量均明显的少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用经伤椎单节段固定治疗胸腰段爆裂型骨折的临床效果明显,患者的手术时间较短,并发症发生率较低,具有很高的安全性,促进患者的病情恢复,提高患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。
