三种肿瘤标志物联合检测对乳腺癌的诊断价值

Clinical value of serum CEA,CA153,CEA72-4 combined detection in the diagnosis of breast cancer

目的探讨CEA、CA153和CA72-4联合检测对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法采用美国罗氏Cobas602电化学发光自动免疫生化仪测定并比较183例乳腺癌患者、102例乳腺良性疾病患者和200例正常女性血清中CEA、CA153和CA72-4的水平。结果乳腺癌患者CEA、CA153和CA72-4的检测水平与阳性率均高于乳腺良性病患者及正常对照组(P<0.05);在三项肿瘤标志物之中,CA153的敏感性最高(32.24%),但CEA、CA153和CA72-4三项联合检测的敏感性为79.02%,准确性高达91.96%,远远高于单项检测时各项的敏感性和准确性。结论 CEA、CA153和CA72-4的联合检测诊断效能高于单项检测,有助于提高乳腺癌的早期诊断。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of combined detection of CEA,CA153and CA72-4in breastcancer.Methods The levels of serum CEA,CA153and CA72-4in183cases of breast cancer,102cases of benign breast diseasesand200cases of normal women were measured and compared.Results The detection rates and positive rates of CEA,CA153and CA72-4in breast cancer patients were higher than those in benign breast disease and normal controls(P<0.05).In three tumormarkers,CA153showed the highest sensitivity(32.24%),but the sensitivity of CEA,CA153and CA72-4combined detectionwas79.02%,the accuracy was as high as91.96%,far higher than the sensitivity and accuracy of the single detection.ConclusionsThe combined detection of CEA,CA153and CA72-4has higher diagnostic efficacy than single detection,which can helpto improve the early diagnosis of breast cancer.
