特许学校对我国基础教育教师质量改革的启示

摘要 美国特许学校是一种公办学校,取得了不错的成效,但是在基础教育中教师质量方面存在一些问题:教师质量参差不齐、教师工作质量评估单一、教师激励效用递减。
