叉车在工作过程中出现油管破裂时,防爆阀能够使叉车上的货物缓慢下落。因此防爆阀是叉车重要的组成部分。世界上著名叉车公司都在分析研究防爆阀,如意大利的螺纹防爆阀,宝骊的移动式防爆阀。国内叉车公司也对防爆阀进行了分析研究。论文利用叉车的工作原理及液压的理论知识设计了一种防爆阀,通过对防爆阀实物的测试实验,该防爆阀的性能能够满足设计的要求,后续根据客户的反馈,也能够满足用户的使用要求。同时也为今后对叉车防爆阀的研究提供了理论和依据。
