摘要
开发了发动机性能台架试验自动化系统,包括发动机台架标定和性能开发试验自动化运行系统、发动机台架试验实时控制系统、发动机试验保护策略和系统、发动机台架试验测量系统不确定度评定、试验台架传动系统扭转振动校核等。将自动化系统应用于试验项目,实现了发动机台架标定和性能开发试验的完全自动化,提升了试验效率和质量,加快项目开发进度。
Developing the engine bench test automation system,including engine automatic calibration and performance test system,engine bench test real-time control system,engine test and protection system,engine bench test evaluation of uncertainty in measurement system,torsional vibration check system.The automatic system is applied to the test project,which realizes the complete automation of the engine bench calibration and the performance development test,improving the test efficiency and quality,and speeding up the project development schedule.
