摘要
目的观察分析膝关节镜联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗半月板损伤患者的临床疗效。方法选择102例半月板损伤患者作为研究对象,随机将患者分为观察组和对照组,各51例,对对照组患者采用关节镜治疗,对观察组患者采用关节镜联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、膝关节功能恢复情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为98.03%,显著高于对照组患者治疗总有效率84.31%,数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者膝关节功能评分为(91.25±3.51)分,对照组患者膝关节功能评分为(82.15±4.58)分,数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对半月板损伤患者采用膝关节镜联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗效果显著,利于加速改善患者的膝关节功能,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To observe and analyze the knee arthroscopy combined with sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection in the treatmentof meniscus injury of patients with clinical curative effect.Methods102cases of meniscus injury treated in our hospital as the research object,thepatients were randomly divided into observation group(51cases)and control group(51cases),the patients in the control group arthroscopic treatment,the observation group were treated with arthroscopy combined with sodium hyaluronate treatment,compared two groups of patients,recoveryof knee function.Results The total efficiency of the observation group was98.03%,significantly higher than that in the control group were treatedwith total efficiency of84.31%,The data was statistically significant difference(P<0.05);after treatment,the observation group of patients with kneejoint function score was(91.25±3.51)points,the control group of patients with knee joint function score was(82.15±4.58),statistically significant datadifference(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with knee meniscus injury arthroscopy combined with sodium hyaluronate treatment significantly,to accelerate the improvement of knee joint function of patients,is worthy of clinical application.
