CRRT应用于PCI术后造影剂肾病患者中的临床观察

摘要 目的观察连续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)应用于经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)后造影剂肾病(CIN)患者中的临床效果。方法选取我院行PCI术后出现CIN的患者52例,随机分为观察组和对照组各26例。观察组给予CRRT治疗,对照组给予腹膜透析(PD)治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗后24h的BUN、Scr水平均明显下降(P<0.05),其中观察组改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肾功能总恢复率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 CRRT应用于PCI术后CIN患者中临床效果显著,可有效改善肾功能,值得临床推广应用。
