糖皮质激素治疗肾病综合征疗效及对患者心理干预效果分析

Therapeutic effect of glucocorticoid on nephrotic syndrome and its psychological intervention

目的探讨糖皮质激素治疗肾病综合征疗效及对患者心理干预效果。方法选择2015年6月～2016年5月丽水市中心医院收治的110例肾病综合征患者，将患者随机分为2组，对照组患者采取常规治疗以及护理措施，观察组患者在常规治疗护理基础上采取糖皮质激素治疗以及护理干预措施进行护理，对比2组患者治疗效果以及复发情况。结果在治疗效果方面，观察组患者治疗有效率为94.55%，对照组患者治疗有效率为81.82%，观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）；在复发情况方面，观察组患者治疗后复发率为3.64%，对照组患者治疗后复发率为9.09%，观察组复发率显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论通过糖皮质激素治疗肾病综合征及对患者进行心理干预，可以显著提高肾病综合征患者治疗效果，降低患者复发情况，促进患者更好地恢复，值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To investigate the glucocorticoid treatment of nephrotic syndrome curative effect and the effect of psychologicalintervention on the patients.Methods From June2015to May2016in our hospital treated110cases of patients with nephrotic syndrome,patientswere randomly divided into two groups,control group patients with routine treatment and nursing measures,observation group of patients on thebasis of conventional treatment nursing glucocorticoid treatment and nursing intervention measures for nursing,completion of treatment,comparedtwo groups of patients with therapeutic effect and recurrence.Results In terms of treatment,observation group of patients treatment effectiveness94.55%,control group patients treatment effective rate was81.82%,the observation group of patients treatment effectiveness is significantly higherthan patients with the control group(P<0.05);In terms of relapse,observation group after treatment in patients with recurrence rate was3.64%,the control group after treatment in patients with recurrence rate9.09%,observation group of patients with recurrence rate was significantly lowerthan patients with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion By glucocorticoid treatment of nephrotic syndrome curative effect and psychologicalintervention on the patients,can significantly improve the effect of treatment of nephrotic syndrome patients,reduce the occurrence of patients relapse,help patients recover better,worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
