心理干预联合糖皮质激素治疗肾病综合征疗效及对患者生活质量的影响

Effect of psychological intervention combined with glucocorticoid on the treatment of nephrotic syndrome and the quality of life in patients with nephrotic syndrome

目的研究分析心理干预联合糖皮质激素治疗肾病综合征疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法选取杭州市师范大学附属医院2015年2月～2016年8月收治的100例肾病综合征患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和试验组，每组50例。对照组患者给予基础治疗，包括保肾治疗以及利尿药物等。在此基础上给予糖皮质激素治疗。试验组患者在对照组基础上，给予心理干预联合糖皮质激素治疗，关注患者的心理状态，加强与患者的沟通和交流，增加患者的治疗信心和治疗依从性。比较分析试验组与对照组患者的生活质量以及治疗效果情况。结果试验组患者QOL评分中日常生活为（15.19±3.19）分，对照组日常生活评分为（22.21±5.19）分。试验组患者的QOL评分显著低于对照组，生活质量显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。试验组治疗有效率（90.0%）显著高于对照组（66.0%），差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论心理干预联合糖皮质激素治疗肾病综合征的临床效果较好，能够在很大程度上改善患者的生活质量，具有临床推广的意义。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of psychological intervention combined with glucocorticoid on the treatment of nephroticsyndrome and the quality of life in patients with nephrotic syndrome.Methods100patients with nephrotic syndrome treated in he affiliated hospitalof Hangzhou normal university from February2015to August2016were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimentalgroup,with50patients in each group.Patients in the control group received basic treatment,including trial and treatment,and diuretics,and weretreated with corticosteroids on this basis.Patients in the experimental group on the basis of the control group,psychological intervention combinedwith glucocorticoid treatment,pay attention to the psychological status of patients and patients,strengthen communication and exchanges,increaseconfidence in the treatment and the treatment compliance of patients.The quality of life and treatment effect of the experimental group and thecontrol group were compared and analyzed.Results After the corresponding treatment,the daily score of the patients in the experimental groupwas(15.19±3.19)points,and the daily life score of the control group was(22.21±5.19)points(QOL).The QOL score of the experimental groupwas significantly lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statisticaldifference(P<0.05).The effective rate of the experimental group(90.0%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(66.0%),withstatistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention combined with glucocorticoid on the treatment of nephrotic syndrome,theclinical effect is better,which can greatly improve the quality of life,and is worthy of promotion.
