摘要
目的探究卡介苗多糖核酸注射液在皮肤病治疗中的应用。方法选取在2015年6月~2016年8月于本院进行皮肤病治疗的患者200例。根据皮肤病患病类型分为慢性湿疹、慢性荨麻疹、斑秃及扁平疣4组,每组患者50例。然后对每组患者再次随机分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组采取传统的药物治疗方式进行治疗,观察组则需要在此基础上增加使用卡介苗多糖核酸注射液。治疗周期均为3个月。观察并比较对照组和观察组患者在3个月以后的治疗效果,即观察并比较患有慢性湿疹、慢性荨麻疹、斑秃及扁平疣这4种不同类型皮肤病的患者3个月以后的治疗效果。结果在患有慢性湿疹的患者中,观察组的治疗有效率为96.0%,对照组的治疗有效率为68.0%,观察组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);在患有慢性荨麻疹的患者中,观察组的治疗有效率为88.0%,对照组的治疗有效率为60.0%,观察组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);在患有斑秃的患者中,观察组的治疗有效率为84.0%,对照组的治疗有效率为72.0%,观察组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);在患有扁平疣的患者中,观察组的治疗有效率为92.0%,对照组的治疗有效率为68.0%,观察组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);不同类型的皮肤病分组中,观察组的治疗有效率均明显高于对照组,治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对患有皮肤病的患者使用卡介苗多糖核酸注射液进行治疗,相比于传统的药物治疗方式效果更佳。对于不同类型的皮肤病患者来说,使用卡介苗多糖核酸注射液进行治疗均可获得最优治疗效果,所以卡介苗多糖核酸注射液在不同类型的皮肤病的临床治疗上均是一种值得使用并将其推广的治疗方法。
Objective To explore the application of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid injection in the treatment of skin diseases.MethodsSelected in June2015to August2016period,in our hospital for skin disease treatment of200patients.According to the type of skin disease isdivided into chronic eczema,chronic urticaria,alopecia areata and flat warts four groups,each group contains50patients.And then each group ofpatients were randomly divided into two groups,one group as a control group,a group as the observation group,each group of25cases.The controlgroup was treated with traditional drug therapy,and the observation group needed to increase the use of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid injection.The treatment period is for three months.To observe and compare the treatment effect of the control group and the experimental group after threemonths,that is,to observe and compare patients with chronic eczema,chronic urticaria,alopecia areata and flat warts of the four different types ofskin diseases after three months of treatment effect.Results In the patients with chronic eczema,the effective rate of treatment was96.0%in theobservation group and68.0%in the control group.The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate was88.0%in the observation group and60.0%in the control group.The effective rate of the treatment group wassignificantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the patients with alopecia areata,The effective rate of treatment was84.0%in theobservation group and72.0%in the control group.The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the patients with flat warts,The effective rate was92.0%and the effective rate was68.0%in the control group.The effective rate of thetreatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the different types of skin diseases,the effective rate of treatmentwas obvious Higher than the control group,the treatment effect was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patientswith skin diseases using BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid injection for treatment,compared to the traditional drug treatment better.For the differenttypes of skin diseases,the use of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid injection for treatment can get the best therapeutic effect,so BCG polysaccharidenucleic acid injection in different types of skin disease clinical treatment is a worthy of use and Its promotion of the treatment.
