糖尿乐胶囊辅助二甲双胍对初诊2型糖尿病患者血糖、尿糖及胰岛素抵抗水平的影响

Effect of Tangniaole capsule assisted with metformin in newly diagnosed type2diabetes patients with blood glucose,urine glucose and insulin resistance level

目的研究分析糖尿乐胶囊辅助二甲双胍对初诊2型糖尿病患者血糖、尿糖及胰岛素抵抗水平的影响。方法选取本院2015年1月~2016年10月收治的80例初诊2型糖尿病患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组患者各为40例。对照组患者给予二甲双胍治疗，实验组患者给予糖尿乐胶囊辅助二甲双胍治疗。比较分析实验组与对照组患者的血糖、尿糖及胰岛素抵抗水平。结果经过对应的治疗后，实验组患者胰岛素抵抗指数为（2.31±0.51），对照组胰岛素抵抗指数为（2.98±0.71）。可得，对照组胰岛素抵抗指数显著高于实验组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组患者空腹血糖水平（7.31±1.02）nmol/L显著低于对照组（7.90±0.82）nmol／L，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组患者尿糖水平显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论糖尿乐胶囊辅助二甲双胍在初诊2型糖尿病患者中的应用能够在很大程度上降低患者的血糖、尿糖及胰岛素抵抗水平。

Objective To study the Tangniaole capsule assisted metformin on newly diagnosed type2diabetic patients influence blood glucose,urine glucose and insulin resistance level.Methods80patients with newly diagnosed type2diabetes mellitus were selected from January2015toOctober2016in our hospital.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with40patients in each group.Thecontrol group was treated with metformin,and the experimental group was treated with metformin.Comparative analysis of blood and urine glucoseand insulin in patients of the experimental group and the control level of resistance.Results After the corresponding treatment,the insulin resistanceindex in the experimental group was(2.31±0.51),and the insulin resistance index in the control group was(2.98±0.71).The insulin resistance indexof the control group was significantly higher than that of the experimental group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose level(7.31±1.02)nmol/L in the experimental group was significantly lower than that int he control group(7.90±0.82)nmol/L,with statistical diference(P<0.05).Urineglucose levels of patients in the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).ConclusionThe application of Tangniaole capsule assisted with metformin in newly diagnosed type2diabetic patients in can largely reduce blood glucose andurine glucose and insulin resistance level,with further clinical promotion and application significance.
