六君子汤治疗缓解期过敏性咳嗽对患儿总病程及炎性介质的影响

Effect of Liujunzi soup on allergic cough in remission stage and total inflammation of children

目的探讨六君子汤治疗缓解期过敏性咳嗽对患儿总病程及炎性介质的影响。方法选取北京市密云区中医医院2011年4月～2012年4月收治的86例缓解期过敏性咳嗽患儿，按抽签随机分为观察组与对照组，每组43例，对照组给予基础西药治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上另给予六君子汤治疗。比较2组患儿临床疗效、住院时间、总病程，白细胞介素-2（IL-2）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白细胞介素-2（IL-2）等炎性细胞因子水平，肺功能及不良反应发生率。结果观察组疗效总有效率（90.70%）显著高于对照组（72.09%），差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05)；观察组住院时间（13.35±3.24）d，总病程（17.68±4.53）d均短于对照组[（16.23±3.10）d、（20.35±4.67）d]，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05)。观察组治疗后炎症因子水平和肺功能指标与对照组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05)。2组均未发生不良反应。结论六君子汤联合基础西药治疗缓解期过敏性咳嗽，可改善炎性细胞因子水平及肺功能，缩短住院时间、总病程，安全性高，具有较好的临床使用价值。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Liujunzi soup on the total course of disease and inflammatory mediators in patients withremission of allergic cough.Methods Eighty six patients with allergic cough were enrolled in our hospital from April2011to April2012.Thepatients were randomly divided into observation group(n=43)and control group(n=43).The control group was given basic western medicinetreatment,the observation group in the control group on the basis of another treatment of six gentleman soup.The levels of inflammatory cytokines,pulmonary function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups in clinical efficacy,hospitalization time,total course of disease,IL-2,TNF-αand IL-6.Results The total effective rate was90.70%in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(72.09%)(P<0.05).The duration of hospitalization(13.35±3.24)d and the total course of disease(17.68±4.53)d were significantly shorter thanthose in the control group(16.23±3.10)d,(20.35±4.67)d(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors and pulmonary function in the observationgroup were statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion LiujunziDecoction combined with western medicine can improve the level of inflammatory cytokines and lung function,shorten the length of hospital stay,thetotal course of disease and high safety,and have good clinical value.
