达英-35和芬吗通在稽留流产术后应用价值的观察

Darwin-35and Fen-pass in the treatment of abortion after the application of the value of observation

目的探讨达英-35、芬吗通对稽留流产子宫内膜修复的作用。方法此次依不同治疗方式，将2015年1月～2017年3月于天津中医药大学第一附属医院诊治的稽留流产患者60例分为对照组和观察组。对照组用达英-35治疗，观察组用芬吗通治疗；详细观察2组患者各项治疗指标（出血时间、出血量、术后21天子宫内膜厚度、复潮时间、复潮经期）情况、不良反应发生情况，并将所获相关数据作对比分析。结果芬吗通（观察组）治疗稽留流产患者的效果优于达英-35（对照组）治疗效果，患者各项治疗指标情况优于对照组、不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论芬吗通可有效修复稽留流产患者子宫内膜，并可缩短患者的复潮时间，稳定复潮经期，值得临床上广泛用来干预稽留流产患者。

Objective To investigate the Diane-35,femonston of missed abortion endometrial repair.Methods According to the differenttreatment methods will be January2015to March2017in the first affiliated hospital of Tianjin university of traditional Chinese medicine60cases ofpatients with missed abortion groups:control group with-35treatment,the observation group with femonston treatment;detailed observation of thetwo groups patients with various treatment index(bleeding time,bleeding volume,postoperative day21endometrial thickness,the tide time,the tideperiod),the occurrence of adverse reactions,and the related data were analyzed.Results Femonston(observation group)in treatment of patients withmissed abortion is better than-35(control group)treatment,patients with various treatment index than the control group,the incidence rate of adversereaction was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Femonston can effectively repair theendometrium of patients with missed abortion,and shorten the time with the tide,the tide of stable period it is worthy of widely used intervention inpatients with missed abortion.
