阿莫西林联合果胶铋治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床探讨

Clinical study of amoxicillin combined with pectin bismuth in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis

目的探讨阿莫西林联合果胶秘治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果。方法此次依不同治疗方式将2015年1月~2017年3月于浙江省余姚市第二人民医院诊治的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者80例分组为：对照组用克拉霉素+果胶铋治疗，观察组用阿莫西林+果胶铋治疗；详细记录2组患者治疗前后病理（萎缩、异型增生、肠上皮化生、慢性炎性、活动性）积分变化情况、炎性因子水平（IL-2/IL-6/CRP）水平变化情况、不良反应发生情况，将所获相关数据作对比分析。结果阿莫西林+果胶铋（观察组）治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的效果优于克拉霉素+果胶铋（对照组）的治疗效果，患者病理积分降低程度优于对照组、炎性因子水平改善程度优于对照组、不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论慢性萎缩性胃炎患者选择阿莫西林+果胶铋治疗的效果显著，可充分降低患者病理积分、改善患者临床症状，并可降低患者体内炎性因子水平，不良反应发生率低，值得临床上广泛用来治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎患者。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of amoxicillin combined with pectin in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods According to the different treatment methods will be January2015to March2017patients with chronic atrophic gastritis in our hospital80cases groups:control group with clarithromycin+amoxicillin+bismuth pectin bismuth pectin treatment,observation group treatment;detailed recordsof two groups before and after treatment(pathological atrophy,intestinal metaplasia,dysplasia,chronic the inflammatory activity and the integralchanges),the levels of inflammatory factors(IL-2/IL-6/CRP)incidence level changes and adverse reaction,the obtained related data for comparativeanalysis.Results Amoxicillin and bismuth pectin(observation group)in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis is better than clarithromycin+bismuthpectin(control group)treatment,patients with pathological score decreased than the control group,the levels of inflammatory factors is better than thecontrol group,the incidence rate of adverse reaction was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionChronic atrophic gastritis patients choose amoxicillin and bismuth pectin treatment effect significantly,can greatly reduce the pathologicalintegral,improve clinical symptoms,and can reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients with a low incidence of adverse reactions,it is worthyof widely used to treat patients with chronic.
