阿替普酶静脉溶栓联合心理干预治疗急性脑梗死临床分析

Clinical analysis of intravenous thrombolysis combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

目的讨论阿替普酶静脉溶栓联合心理干预治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法随机选取2015年6月～2016年9月本院收治的急性脑梗死患者84例，分成实验组42例，对照组42例，对照组给予阿司匹林和波力维进行治疗，实验组给予阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗联合心理干预，对2组患者各阶段NISS评分、SDS自评量表评分、Barthel指数和NDS评分进行观察比较。结果实验组各阶段NISS评分明显优于对照组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组患者SDS自评量表评分、Barthel指数和NDS评分明显优于对照组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在急性脑梗死的治疗中，采取阿替普酶静脉溶栓联合心理干预护理后，效果明显，值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of intravenous thrombolysis combined with psychological intervention in the treatmentof acute cerebral infarction.Methods84patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly selected at the June2015to September2016inour hospital were divided into experimental group42cases,42cases in the control group,the control group was given aspirin and Plavixtreatment,experimental group received alteplase intravenous thrombolytic therapy combined with psychological intervention,each stage ofthe NISS scores of the two groups were compared,the two groups of patients with SDS self rating scale score,Barthel index and NDS scorewere compared.Results The experimental group of stage NISS was significantly better than the control group,the differences between groupswas statistically significant(P<0.05);the experimental group with SDS self rating scale score,Barthel index and NDS score was significantlybetter than the control group,the differences between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of acute cerebralinfarction,the effect of intravenous thrombolysis combined with psychological intervention is obvious,and it is worthy of clinical promotion andapplication.
