生长抑素联合乌司他丁治疗上消化道出血患者的临床疗效及对IL-2、IL-6及TNF-α水平的影响

Clinical efficacy of somatostatin combined with ulinastatin in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage and its effects on IL-2,IL-6and TNF-α

目的探讨生长抑素联合乌司他丁在上消化道出血患者中的临床效果及对白细胞介素-2（IL-2）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）以及肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-α）水平的影响。方法取2015年5月～2017年6月温岭市第一人民医院收治的消化道出血患者90例，采用随机数字法分为对照组（n=45）和观察组（n=45）。对照组采用单纯生长抑素治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合乌司他丁治疗。结果观察组疗效显著优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论将生长抑素联合乌司他丁在上消化道出血患者中效果理想，有助于改善IL-2、IL-6及TNF-α水平，值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of somatostatin combined with ulinastatin in patients with upper gastrointestinalbleeding and the effects of interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-).Methods From May2015to June2017,90patients with gastrointestinal bleeding were treated in the first people’s hospital in Wenling,which were divided into the control group(n=45)and theobservation group(n=45)by random number method.The control group was treated with simple somatostatin,and the observation group was treatedwith ulinastatin on the basis of the control group.Results The curative effect in the observation group was significantly better than that in the controlgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion Somatostatin combined with ulinastatin in the treatment of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding is effective andhelpful to improve the levels of IL-2,IL-6and TNF-alpha,so it is worthy of popularization and application.
