心理干预联合紫杉醇、卡铂对局部晚期宫颈癌临床疗效和对患者生活质量的影响

Effect of psychological intervention combined with paclitaxel and carboplatin on the clinical efficacy and quality of life of locally advanced cervical cancer

目的研究分析心理干预联合紫杉醇、卡铂对局部晚期宫颈癌临床疗效和对患者生活质量的影响。方法选取本院2015年2月～2016年11月收治的100例局部晚期宫颈癌患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组患者各为50例。对照组患者给予顺铂联合氟尿嘧啶方案化疗方案，实验组患者给予紫杉醇、卡铂化疗，并给予心理干预，关注患者心理健康，加强沟通与交流，消除患者不安情绪。比较分析2组患者的治疗效果和生活质量指标。结果治疗后，实验组患者生活质量总评分为（75.2±11.2）分，显著高于对照组评分（64.2±9.3）分，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。实验组患者中，5例患者为进展，9例患者为稳定，治疗有效例数为36例。对照组患者中，10例患者为进展，13例患者为稳定，治疗有效例数为27例。实验组患者治疗有效率（72.0%）显著高于对照组（54.0%），差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论心理干预联合紫杉醇、卡铂对局部晚期宫颈癌的临床治疗效果较好，有效率较高，能够显著改善患者的生活质量，消除患者负面情绪，具有临床推广意义。

Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of psychological intervention combined with paclitaxel and carboplatin on theclinical efficacy and quality of life of locally advanced cervical cancer.Methods100cases of locally advanced cervical cancer treated in ourhospital from February2015to November2016were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with50patients in each group.The control group were treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy with cisplatin combined with fluorouracil,experimental groupwere treated with paclitaxel and carboplatin chemotherapy,and give attention to patients with psychological intervention,mental health,strengthencommunication and exchanges,the elimination of patients with anxiety.The treatment effect and quality of life index of2groups were comparedand analyzed.Results After treatment,the total score of quality of life in the experimental group was(75.2±11.2)points,significantly higherthan that of the control group(64.2±9.3),with statistical difference(P<0.05).Among the patients in the experimental group,5patients progressed,and9patients were stable.The number of effective treatment was36.In the control group,10patients progressed,13patients were stable,and thenumber of effective treatment was27.Conclusion The clinical effect of psychological intervention combined with paclitaxel and carboplatin forlocal advanced cervical cancer is better,higher efficiency,can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,eliminate the negative emotion ofpatients,which has clinical significance.
