布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂联合心理干预治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效研究

Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate Powder for Inhalation combined effect of psychological intervention on the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的研究分析布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂联合心理干预治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效。方法选取赣南医学院第一附属医院2015年2月～2016年3月收治的100例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组患者各为50例。对照组患者进行布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗，在此基础上实验组给予心理干预，关注患者的心理状态，加强与患者的沟通和交流，增强患者的治疗信心和治疗依从性。结果治疗后实验组患者圣乔治呼吸问卷（SGRQ）评分为（57.33±16.81）分，对照组评分为（43.86±12.68）分，2组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组抑郁评分以及焦虑评分显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂联合心理干预治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病能够显著改善患者情绪，提高生活质量，帮助患者尽快康复，具有临床推广意义。

Objective To study the effect of psychological intervention combined with the analysis of Budesonide and Formoterol FumaratePowder for Inhalation in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods100patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseasetreated in our hospital from February2015to March2016were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with50patients in each group.The control group was treated with the Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate Powder for Inhalation treatment,theexperimental group on the basis of psychological intervention on the mental status of patients and patients,strengthen communication and exchanges,increase confidence in the treatment and the treatment compliance of patients.Results After treatment,the SGRQ score of the experimental groupwas(57.33±16.81),and the score of the control group was(43.86±12.68)points,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The scores of depressionand anxiety in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).ConclusionBudesonide and Formoterol Fumarate Powder for Inhalation combined with mental intervention in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonarydisease can significantly improve the patients,improve the quality of life,help patients recover as soon as possible,has clinical significance.
